  • In particular, my Holistic Nutrition plan will help you eat optimally to feel optimal. My Holistic Nutrition considers how food affects the whole body system. Optimal health comes from a diet rich in whole, unprocessed food that is close to nature. Ask not “what should I eat” but “how do I want to feel”.

PS I’m not a medium, nor a fortune teller, I often make use of my all positive Angel Cards to understand and clarify the situation and blocks that might affect my client’s life. Cards are positive, reassuring and give directions on the first step to a healthier and happier version of yourself, so that your real you can shine through!  When I design a wellbeing package, I consider the person as a whole: body, mind and spirit. In my meal plans I give suggestions on food that is beneficial for that person and food that should be avoided, my workouts are usually time friendly (short and hard) and I consider any injury or movement restriction of my client. I love working with Angel Cards, so if the client is keen, I do a card reading for them to see if there’s any blockage we can work on to facilitate the process of reaching a total wellbeing.
