Finally I’m back!
It’s been a while I haven’t posted a new blog post, but sometimes life takes over and priorities need to be addressed first.
And you know Faith, Health & Family come first for me.
Today I want to talk to you about my new “jingle” line: have you seen it?

EAT – MOVE – LOVE

to a healthier you shining through with Fran

 

I love it! It sums up who I am and what I fight for!
First EAT!!! Oh yes! Who doesn’t love eating? And you know what? If you care about you, your family and your life, all you have to do is eat healthy! Oh, ok, all right, I get it. You’re probably wondering what I mean by “healthy”. These days there are so many different diets, nutritional plans, supplements, shakes, trends. Where do you start?
Let me tell you something first: I’m not a doctor or a specialist, but I love helping you start taking your first steps to a healthier version of yourself.
So my very first recommendation to you is to please please please cut the CRAP!

Yes, cut:
  • Carbonated drinks
  • Refined sugar
  • Artificial colourants and sweeteners 
  • Processed food
and choose REAL WHOLE FOOD! The one you can pick up from your garden and from nature! And a rule of 90/10 until you feel great and a 80/20 for the rest of your life will keep you healthy.

 

What about “MOVE“? Yes, that’s what I mean: move! Get up and walk, take your dogs for a walk, take the stairs instead of the lift. Clean your windows, your floors, your car now and then. That’s what I mean by moving. Be active every day! And do something you like. You wanna dance: put some nice music and dance! You want to sing, go for it and sing loud!
I love my daily workouts that involve a sweat and I know that’s not everybody’s cup of tea.

 

That’s why I’m now teaching 2 extreme classes:
  • Bootcamp (I called it Shake & Tone, as some people might be scared of the word bootcamp)
  • Ageless Grace (a program based on neuroplasticity – the ability of the brain to change structurally and functionally – to give you Comfort and Ease for Body Mind & Soul. All exercises are done sitting on a chair and focus on using the core to stimulate and utilize the five functions of the brain—analytic, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, and creativity and imagination)

I could stay here for hours describing the benefits of these workouts, but time is running out, so please contact me if you want to know more details about “how, where and when”
Let’s now talk about “LOVE“. Another theme I could spend hours on. My main focus here is about LOVE YOURSELF and LOVE YOUR BODY.loveyourbody
Yes, I want you to learn to LOVE your body the way it is. I don’t want you to love someone else figure. You must learn to love yours. Talk nicely to yourself, say positive affirmations about your body, be grateful of all the things you can do with your body.

Don’t use harsh chemicals on it or heavy drugs. Go natural. Use natural products and always look for a natural alternative to medicines. You know you can find many solutions to your health problems in the natural FOOD that God gave us.
